REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all reservations made with La Silla Compartida (hereinafter referred to as “the Space”), whether through our website, on-site, or via any other booking method.
By reserving a chair within our hairdressing coworking space, the renter (hereinafter referred to as “the Professional”) acknowledges having read and accepted these terms.

1. Reservations and Payments

Any reservation of a workstation or hairdressing space is confirmed only after full payment of the amount corresponding to the reserved time.
Payments may be made online, by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or by transfer for the resident model.
Payment validates the reservation and constitutes a firm commitment on the part of the Professional.

2. Cancellations and Modifications

a) Early Cancellations

Any cancellation notified at least 2 hours before the date and time of the reservation may be:

  • Rescheduled free of charge for a later date (subject to availability), or

  • Refunded 100%, using the same payment method originally used.

b) Late Cancellations

Any cancellation made less than 2 hours before the reservation time will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of force majeure (see Article 4).

c) No-show / Failure to Attend

In the event of a no-show on the day of the reservation, no refund or rescheduling will be possible.
The reservation will be considered as used.

3. Reservation Modifications

Any request for modification (change of time, duration, space, or date) must be submitted in writing to: info@lasillacompartida.com
All modifications are subject to availability and must be approved by the Space’s team.
No modifications will be accepted within 2 hours prior to the reservation.

4. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of either the Professional or the Space (e.g., major power outage, administrative prohibition, duly justified serious illness, natural disaster, etc.), the reservation may be:

  • Postponed free of charge to a later date, or

  • Fully refunded, depending on the circumstances and the supporting documentation provided.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days from the validation of the request by our team.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the time of booking.
No cash refunds will be issued.

6. Cancellation by the Space

The Space reserves the right to cancel or postpone a reservation in the event of:

  • unexpected maintenance work,

  • a technical incident,

  • or any other cause that temporarily renders the space unusable.

In such cases, the Professional will be informed as soon as possible and may choose between:

  • a full refund, or

  • rescheduling the reservation to a later date.

No additional compensation will be due.

7. Non-Refundable Services

The following items are non-refundable:

  • subscriptions or packages already started,

  • space reservations made at promotional rates,

  • consumed additional services (drinks, equipment, towels, products, etc.),

  • gift cards or prepaid vouchers.

9. Acceptance

By confirming a reservation with La Silla Compartida, the Professional acknowledges having read, understood, and unreservedly accepted this Refund Policy.
