The principle is that you remain completely independent. You manage your own appointment book and bring your own clientele. We take care of providing the high-end space to accommodate them. That said, resident hairdressers (long-term tenants) can benefit from exclusive visibility on our website where their profile and Instagram account are published.

What does the rental of an armchair include?

The rental includes access to a complete hairdressing station (chair, large mirror, shelf), access to shampoo basins (with shampoo included), electricity, water, Wi-Fi, lockers for your belongings, coffee and water fountain, as well as a waiting area for your clients. We also provide general cleaning of the common area.

Should I bring my own products (shampoo, hair dye, etc.)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. To guarantee you complete freedom regarding the brands you use and the prices you charge, you must bring your own technical products (colorants, developers) and styling products. However, we provide towels, clean robes, and even shampoo!

How can I reserve a seat?

Accepted Answer

It's very simple. Use our online booking system for our hourly, half-day, or full-day offers. And contact us by email for our resident offer.

Question 7

Is there a minimum rental period?

Accepted Answer

You can rent for a minimum of 3 hours, book for a whole day if you have several appointments in a row, or even rent by the month as a resident hairdresser.

What happens if my client cancels or doesn't show up?

Accepted Answer

We understand the unpredictable nature of the business. You can cancel your wheelchair reservation free of charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled time. After this time, the rental fee will be due.

How does the rental payment work?

Payment for the space is made directly through our platform at the time of booking. For the monthly plan, you can pay us in two installments via bank transfer: 50% before the 5th of the month, and 50% before the 15th.

How do my clients pay me?

Your clients pay you directly (cash, card, or via your own payment system). La Silla Compartida takes no commission on your revenue. Once the chair rental is paid, 100% of your earnings are yours.

Are there any hidden fees or a long-term commitment?

We have no hidden fees and prioritize transparency and flexibility. You are free to commit through hourly or monthly bookings. You decide the duration of your contract with La Silla Compartida.

Question 12

Who is in charge of the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

We take care of the general cleaning of the salon and common areas. However, out of respect for other coworkers, we ask that you sweep up any hair around your chair and clean your workstation (and the shampoo bowl) after each client.
